October Britfluency Update: New Listening Exercises, English Worksheets and Grammar Practice

October was a big month for Britfluency, with a brand-new English listening section, more topical English worksheets and new advanced grammar practice added to the site.

Britfluency now has more than 280 published pages of free English learning materials.

🎧 NEW: English Listening Exercises with Videos

One of the biggest additions this month is a completely new section for B2–C2 English listening practice.

The activities use short English-language videos together with structured exercises to help learners practise understanding natural spoken English, different accents and more complex ideas.

Each activity includes listening comprehension, useful phrases, vocabulary practice, discussion questions and a free PDF worksheet with answers.

The first listening activities include:

  • How to Improve Your Attention Span: The Science of Focus — B2–C1
  • Gen Z Protests: What Unites Young People Around the World? — B2–C1
  • Halloween Nights: Inside a Haunted Prison Festival — C1–C2
  • Microsoft Excel World Championship: Is This Really a Sport? — C1–C2
